Favorite Elder Scrolls game?

The Elder Scrolls series is super popular, we all know that. Which Elder Scrolls game is your favorite and why is it your favorite? I have yet to play any of them so I can't tell you what my favorite one is. I've seen screenshots of the first one and it looks super impressive for it's time, the game is over 30 years old at this point.

I think I only played either the first or two games and just a bit too hard for me.
