I've always loved Legend of Legaia's Memory Statues. There's a enemy in the game that looks like the icon in the memory statue too which is pretty cool. Perhaps the statues are powered by seru themselves? That's my theory at least.

I loved the jump boxes in Mario RPG, it was pretty neat.

Oh yeah those were pretty cool! I also kind of liked the idea that you had to use the Save Crystal item in Final fantasy VII for the final dungeon since you could use it whenever you wanted to rather than waiting for one.

I probably would have done that if I played the game as a kid lmao. I read there's a bug though if you use the save crystal item in a specific part of the final dungeon. :S

There's always bugs on those things. I also liked the stone dragons as save points in Breath of Fire.

The only correct answer is FF9’s Moogles. Most of the other games is just some icon, talk to a priest, or go to an inn.
