Hey fellow adventurers! My username is Ravenfreak and I've been a fan of RPG games since I was 9 years old. My first one was of course Pokemon Yellow! It got me into the genre, shortly after I got my first non Pokemon JRPG which was Legend of Legaia on the PS1. I'm more of a fan of turn based RPGs, but don't mind hack and slashes. Not really a fan of rogue like much, but I try to give them a go. I don't like real time strategy rpgs though, just not my cup of tea. I'm also a sucker for platformer games with Sonic actually being my favorite gaming franchise! His rpg game wasn't the greatest though if I'm being honest... I never really did finish it but I hope to finish Sonic Chronicles the Dark Brotherhood someday. I created RPG Haven originally back in 2016 and on Proboards. I never really promoted it much other than the support forum and got a few people to join but I never did much with the forum. I wanted to bring it back on self hosting and with a different software, and in my mind I envisioned that phpBB would be the best software to use for the revival of the forum. So here we are, RPG Haven is back and this time much better and here to stay! I also own a few other forums and a blog, also a Youtube channel. I'm also currently staff on Forum Promotion, Admin-Junkies, and Administrata.

I'm glad you made this forum! I love RPGs too and think turn based are the best type of RPG. I am excited to be here, can't wait to chat with everyone!
