Missed items

Have you ever missed an item in an RPG or didn't do its speed run requirements to get an item in time?

There's many different items that I missed in my first playthrough of Legend of Legaia. Heck even to this day I still don't know where every item is, so I never 100% collected all the items in the game. The game does track this and will give you your stats after the credits roll.

I was annoyed in FF 9 when I learned you have to speed run it to get the best sword and something similar in FF 12.
