Towers II: Plight of the Stargazer

Post by Ravenfreak »

I'll be talking about the Atari Jaguar version in this thread, but this game got a release on other platforms as well. This was also the only RPG that was released for the Atari Jaguar as well, which is crazy to think about. (To be fair there were only 50 cartridge games released for the console, and 13 CD rom games.) This guy actually owned a physical copy of the game which is crazy to think about since the Jaguar itself is expensive, this game is probably about the same price! Anyways it looks like a very janky dungeon crawler.

The game kind of gives me a Doom vibe with its layout and appearance.

Oh yeah it definitely reminds me of doom and a bit of Wolfenstein 3D too! I can imagine this game is a pain to play, I noticed the guy playing the game in the video I shared immediately died. He accidentally reloaded someone else's save file too.
