Lost to a boss

You just lost to a boss after a grueling exchange battle, do you try again or give it a rest? Or even completely give up and move to a different game?

That thing can be very painful. Usually I get angry a little, drop the pad, stretch my body, maybe grab a drink or watch video to calm myself down. After that, I would check how others were able to do it, learn the tricks, then try again. I can’t just give up like that, especially when I was close to winning.

Depends on how much time is left in my day and how I feel, most of the time I need to walk away.

For me it depends on how many times I've been knocked out. Sometimes I get super determined so I keep going back over and over again, other times I'll take a break and come back later.

True, sometimes you need to take a break and check a few youtube videos on how to win lol.

Man I was devastated when I kept losing to Smithy in my live stream last weekend and the weekend before lol. I kept trying to beat him with Mallow on my team and it just didn't work out. :V So I ended up using Toadstool instead and I was able to finally beat him. I probably would have had a better time against other bosses if I had her in my party to begin with lol.

Yeah now I know lol, Mallow can heal but he's definitely no cleric like Toadstool is! I'll definitely have her in my party when I play the remaster on the Switch lol. Also changing your strategy can help in general too. I maxed out the levels of my characters by the time I took on Smithy and defeated him.

Remaster is a bit easy if you get enough levels, I didn't need Peach's healing much.
