Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Cloudy Mountain

Post by Ravenfreak »

Now this is one of the oldest D&D games to be released! This game came out on the Intellivision of all things lol. Have you ever played this game before? I think it'd be cool to go back and play games that predate the NES and Sega Master System. Yeah they're super primitive, but they helped paved the way for video games. Here's some gameplay from the No Swear Gamer. He also has a review for the game on his channel too if you're interested in checking out.

Lol it is pretty dang old! There was a sequel to this game on the Intellivision too, I'm gonna go make a thread about that one. The graphics probably aren't much better LMAO.

That’s proper old-school vibes there. 😂 The graphics were like dots and lines, but somehow it worked. I watched gameplay once and was surprised how much tension it carried despite looking so basic. It’s crazy how those early devs made those games with almost nothing.
