How did you get started in roleplaying games?

I started roleplaying games when I join friends who are already playing it. I started with Dungeons and dragons. Its social feature makes it attractive and it come out very exciting.

For RPGs my first one was Pokemon Yellow on the GBC! As for tabletop roleplaying, it was Dungeons and Dragons I used to have some friends that I worked with in the past and my wife and I would play D&D with them. It's been a while though since we had a falling out. I would definitely love to play again whenever I get the time.

I first played either FF 4 or Breath of fire, both were fun and got me hooked.

That is absolutely something interesting to think about. Playing with friends and family is one of those key features that makes RPGs more special than other games.
