Anyone here play this game? I hear it was pretty good.

Funny enough I own this game but I haven't played it. I still need to play the Star Ocean series at some point, it's on my list lol.

I have the PSP version, I got it for free from one of my old coworkers at my previous job. I never heard of the series until I got a copy of the game honestly. :S

There’s only like 3 versions: PSX, PSP, and the HD Remake. The PSX and PSP are identical gameplay wise, the difference is updated character art, translation, and voice actors. The HD remake uses the same script and voice files from the PSP version.

This one is my personal favorite in the series.
