Two new extensions installed, Reactions and Flairs!

Hey everyone we're back and we've got two new extensions added to the forums! Please let me know if anything is broken lol. They seem to work fine on my end. I need to make some more flair icons, right now we've only got three. You can click on them to learn more about them, they're post based flairs!
