Toon is a game published by Steve Jackson Games, and is very much modeled after Looney Toons. It's a humorous game, where death doesn't exist. This is an older game, published in the 80s or 90s, however. I wanted to mention it, because there's a revised edition coming out next year? New rules will be added, the artwork will actually be colored, and silliness shall be maximized. If you grew up with cartoons like Looney Tunes, like I did, maybe you'll consider giving Toon a looksy?

This is the first time I've heard of Toon and I just looked it up on Wikipedia and now I really want to play it lol. I love Looney Tunes, plus this game sounds less stressful than other tabletop games since your character never dies. xD

Never heard of it, kind of surprised as I would think this be popular?

Teenagers From Outer Space has a very similar mechanic. No death.

In fact, the game I'm building has this as a feature too. My goal is to put together a silly game with tons of options set within a vast environment.

The problem is that when people hear "role playing games" they immediately think of D&D. So little unique games like Toon are easily obscured.

Anyway, someday, I'll get a group together to give Toon a try!

Death can be an interesting turn of events, but some people don't like to lose like that.
