This is a Japanese exclusive RPG that was released on the Sega Saturn in 1996. This one is a cyberpunk RPG, but you could probably guess that from it's name lol. This one is interesting because apparently you have separate hit points for different body parts, and so do the enemies. So you basically need to attack different body parts in order to defeat enemies which is something that you might see on a boss or two in other RPGs. It's a turn based one too. I wonder if there's an English translation of the game... Here's some gameplay footage of it as well as the intro.

While that does sound fun, I feel like it get old rather quickly.

Yeah I could see that lol. I'm sure the game isn't easy either with a combat system like that.
