Yeah they're just too expensive lol. I still have all my cards from childhood and so does my wife, we combined them together. I thought about having her pick out random Pokemon for me for a challenge video but it might not be much of a challenge since she's familiar with how the games work and might pick really strong Pokemon haha. (Though she still struggles with type match ups. I help her with that.)
