Dungeon Explorer Sega CD

This is an interesting looking rogue like action RPG that was released for the Sega Mega CD (or Sega CD in NA) back in 1995 so 30 years ago. There's apparently another game with the same name that was released for the PC Engine in 1989 but has nothing to do with that game. I'm not too big on rogue likes since you have to make sure your characters are fed, but maybe I'll give this a go sometime. I love the music in the game though so I'm probably going to listen to the entire soundtrack now lol. Here's some gameplay!

True, it definitely looks dated but that is the charm actually makes retro games so nice. The music really helps carry it too.

Yeah in terms of the Sega CD it does look a bit outdated lol. I can't get over how good the soundtrack is though! I keep listening to it.
